Each Giverny Atelier piece is handmade and prepared with care. Orders are crafted within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Then, they will be shipped with USPS. We only ship to the United States.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination. We ship from the east coast of the United States.

Because our pieces are made with delicate, preserved flowers, they are thoughtfully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. We recommend opening your package gently upon arrival.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind and delicate nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Each item is unique and cannot be recreated or resold.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hi@givernyatelier.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will do our best to assist you.
